She has worked in hospitals, nonprofits, accounting firms, and medical clinics, doing everything from payroll to accounts payable, from reporting and forecasting, to auditing and tax preparation. She has a BS in Business Administration, and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting.

Tina Flores-McCleese is the Principal and owner of Clarity, a Port Townsend-based financial and management services company that provides support to businesses and nonprofits.
