Tina Flores-McCleese founded Clarity in 2006 to bring smart, strategic financial support to small businesses and nonprofits across Washington.

After earning her Accounting degree from Eastern Washington University and gaining experience in the corporate world, Tina and her family settled in Port Townsend—drawn by its creativity, character, and sense of community. What started as a solo bookkeeping practice has grown into a full-service firm with a team of 10+, serving clients statewide.

Tina built Clarity to do more than balance books—she built it to be a trusted partner. Under her leadership, Clarity helps organizations tackle complex financial challenges, uncover opportunities, and build systems that free them up to focus on what matters most.
