Happy Valentine's Day from Clarity
/Clarity's mission is to partner with you to create financial health for your small business or nonprofit. We know that one of the secret ingredients to happiness and good health is to cultivate gratitude.
In this spirit, this Valentine’s Day we want to take a moment to celebrate and appreciate our clients, our colleagues, and our community. This is such a wonderful place to call home!
We work with non-profits who inspire us and whose work we all benefit from. We work with small businesses who are out there every day doing their best, improving their product or service, and growing our local economy. We partner with colleagues who are serving our community in interesting and valuable ways. And we LOVE living here. We know that so much of what makes it special and unique is the particular combination of your vision, ambition, and elbow grease.
Here are a couple of resources that can help you get grounded in gratitude...and perhaps, give your business or nonprofit a boost at the same time!

Creative HR for Small Business & Communities
The heart and soul of an organization lies within its people. Our employees can be our most valuable asset, and providing effective human resource solutions is a critical function of any successful business entity.
Satisfied employees generate a positive workplace, increase productivity and profitability, and contribute significantly and substantially to the success of the organization. Managing employees and human resources issues, however, can be difficult and challenging for smaller organizations, and attracting and retaining good employees can be difficult in smaller communities. While the number of employees may be fewer, the number of issues, regulations, and laws that need to be dealt with, managed, adhered to, followed, and reported on are identical.
Candace Monroe of Clarity leads discussions around the Olympic Peninsula on HR outsourcing: ideas and creative solutions for small (and not-so-small) organizations and communities. Clarity offers a full range of HR solutions to suit individual needs and budgets. From assistance with recruitment through a full-service HR department-on-demand, outsourcing your HR function allows you to concentrate internal resources on your core business, and look outward for expertise.
